Message | If I live in a rural setting, why should my taxes be used to build bomb shelters in the city? Let the people that live there pay for them. |

Message | States are split into counties, counties into townships, cities, villages, and districts, and then further into districts. Tax money goes to where it comes from, unless their is national redistributions of income. People from a rural setting would never have to pay for bomb shelters in a city, not even if it was 100 yards away from their home. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
