"In the most dangerous of times why is it that we still entrust so much to devious private individuals that have no interest in the future of Beiteynu, only in personal profit. It is time to accept that it is the state that in the best position to run the economy of Beiteynu and the state that is in the best position to ensure all people are catered for and given an acceptable standard of living. The state is the Homeland, the Homeland is the nation, the nation is the Jewish people; the Jewish people should be in charge of the Jewish people." -- Rosh HaMemshala Elyah Eliashiv NOTE: All workers must belong to Agudat shel-HaYehudit HaMa'avak (Union of the Jewish Struggle). |

Message | The PPP would love this bill, were it not for Articles 9, 10, and 16. Sadly, these prevent us from supporting it. |
Date | 20:13:20, January 10, 2008 CET | From | Ma'avak | To | Debating the Homeland Nationalisation |
Message | "If the PPP is willing to go to the same lengths that we are in regards to nationalisation then it must stand that they have the same trust in the ability of the state to provide the best industrial and agricultural service possibe for all its citizens. As such we are confused as to why they feel it acceptable to allow workers to strike, thus expressing dissatisfaction with a service that can clearly get no better. Strikes against the nationalised state will achieve nothing as the service cannot be bettered thus they will only serve to play into the hands of those that wish to see the economic collapse of Beiteynu. As for DWC's they are intended to allow workers to achieve better conditions and wages but we reiterate the conditions and wages provided by the state will clearly be the best possible conditions and wages thus DWC's under the nationalised state shall be obsolete. We are merely closing loopholes and ensuring foreign interests cannot be played out through such bodies, do not forget that the Pan Terran Red Army grows stronger each day and pledges to use DWC's and strikes to further world revolution. At the same time Pontesian troops are permitted in Tadraki and Luthorian troops in Endild, to say we are under threat is a gross understatement and to say we must weed out all bodies that can be used to serve the interests of those that would happily see the death of the Jewish Homeland is nothing more than a basic necessity. For the Homeland!" -- Rosh HaMemshala Elyah Eliashiv |

Message | Though the bill in a step in the right direction, we believe many of its proposals go too far in restricting the people of Beiteynu and making the government overly powerful (making it increasingly open to corruption from outside influences). This is especially evident in Articles 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, and 13. These articles make the bill currently unacceptable. |
Date | 20:34:57, January 11, 2008 CET | From | Robot Avenging Stalinist Party | To | Debating the Homeland Nationalisation |
Message | We cannot support the entirety of this bill, and feel that the issues we approve of can be better addressed in separate bills. |

Random quote: "Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time." - Winston Churchill |
