Bill: Assembly & method receive seats
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Movement of Indralan Families
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2515
Description[?]:
We should increase total number of seats in the national assembly. why? when it will be 547 then about 300k people have 1 agent in Nat-Ass. It's good situation when smaller groups have own parliamentary agent. Why pseudo-proportional algorithm? We think it will equalize small regions with big. Please vote yes, it's neccessary! |

Message | We think the current algorrhythm is more proportional, mainly bacause it uses the adjective 'small' rather than 'considerable'. We're also not sure such a specific number aids clarity of relative influence. It's far better to have a more round number...500, for example. |

Message | It is less equal to give considerable advantage to the underpopulated than it is to give small advantage to the populated. We refute your suggestion. |
