The purpose of this bill is to introduce a system requiring that all persons wishing to carry and/or own firearms of any kind must receive a government permit indicating that the owner is certified in Firearms safety and marksmanship. All persons who are endowed with permits must also register their contact information with the government.

MessageFirearms should be banned and those who own them punished severly.
The promotion and glorification of violence is wrong, therefore I vote against this wretched decree of ignorance.
Instead of this foolish balderash we should be implementing laws to eradicate guns, and their owners.

The banning of Firearms is totally unnecessary, as the have many useful functions. However, this legislation could prevent may crimes of passion, and also assist in solving many crimes. Gun accidents would also decrease, if every owner was required to take a course in firearms safety.
