This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | One would agree, since the Daio Party does not recognize the Empire as the legitimate government. The gesture, however, is appreciated, it is simply that under the circumstances presented, we do not believe the best means of operating the economy are possible. Especially when one Prefecture is essentially independent. |
