Message | When is a luxury not a luxury? Is a meal out a luxury or a need? When does "non-luxury" clothing become luxury clothing? When did only the rich by "luxuries" and only the "poor" buy neccisities? If we want to redistribute wealth, let us do it through income tax and welfare. |
