We note with some interest that it appears to be perfectly alright for the PGC to annul the Foreign Minister's will when it suits them and yet they would appear to have issues when we try and adhere to the legislative process for the purposes of this bill. No wonder Mr Tillerson had to resort to the measures he took all those years ago! |

| Message | We acknowledge that the Kloister has the final say in all matters Dranland, but in the fascists attempt to preach from the dranian law textbooks they seem to ignore the real world situation where military chiefs will be receiving different orders from their Head of State, Government and Minister of defence on one side and the Kloister on the other. What the Kloister can do is order the Minister of Defence to order the military to carry out these instructions. If the Minister of Defence refuses to carry out the will of the democratic Kloister then he should be ousted by a vote of no confidence. The Minister of Defence rules the army, but the kloister rules the Minister. The same legal philosophy was at work with the peace talks. Since the Foreign minister refused to enter peacetalks whatever the Kloister said, the Kloister had to choose between sacking the Mnister through a no confidence motion or instruct another department to carry out it's democratic will. |
