MessageFeb 2106; it''d be nice to see for once an early election bill going through. Besides, with all that messing around with coherence and stuff it is a nice time to have new elections to test things.

MessageIf neccessary Federal Republic will be the new name of the nation, but that's all the concessions we're willing to make.

MessageOn an RP scale, the current Government has been leading Lodamun into debt.

Breakdown
Revenue 37,175,291,333 LOD
Expenses 37,990,000,000 LOD
Surplus -814,708,667 LOD

If we're losing 814 million dollars each year (as I assume), perhaps it's time for change.

Messagegiven the new campaign for a monarchy, any sort of "republic" is no longer likely to work as a compromise.

We do feel it is time for a fiscally responsible government aiming at a balanced and sustainable budget.

Message((As all here are aware the figures reported for our economy in terms of the spending by the government are completely inaccurate. We actually have a health surplus at the moment if you cost out our active programs, and would like to reduce the tax rates, but we can not do that either.))

MessageSurely the TiC recognises the PCL's claim about our economy. This cannot go on.

MessageIf I vote in favor, this bill passes but the name doesnt change. There needs to be a const. amendment proposal included to guarantee that both happen or neither happens.

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.

Random quote: "The great economic, social and political scientist, Karlstein Metz, accurately predicted over 2,500 years ago that capitalism is doomed to destruction by its inherent weaknesses and contradictions, and must inevitably be replaced by a communist form of social, political and economic organisation." - Friedrich Pfeiffer, former Dorvish politician
