| For those who lost their lives in the sniping along the Deltarian-Jakanian border. This was obviously a work of terrorists and the RLP wishes to have three days where our beautiful flag will rest at half-staff and government offices will close in order to comfort the families and honor those who were lost in the line of Duty. As Dick Jorsett Jr. said, "Their loss of life was unnecessary, and the attackers will be given their fair due."
