Message | With all these stupid laws, what would be the benefit of working very hard and getting extra money for it? We're practically banning people from spending their hard-earned cash. Rich people should be allowed have a better quality of life (including health and education). There's no reason why we should say "no you aren't allowed spend your hard earned cash on that". Also, this law would mean we'd have to pay for EVERYONE's medical treatment, thus meaning we must have higher taxes to finance it. Why put everyone through higher taxes when we can just allow people to pay for their own healthcare if they want? |

Message | That is the dumbest argumeent that the AMONOMP have ever heard. You arre basically saying that poor people don't deserve the same education and health care as rich people. Wealth does not always come from hard work, and hard work does not always equal wealth. Additionally, the children of poor people are being penalised because their parents are poor, so they are less healthy, worse educated, and thus less likely to escape the poverty trap. we are unsure whether this oversight on the part of the Irish party makes them naive, foolish, or just plain criminal. |

Message | We would like to remind the Irish Party that the hardest working in our society are more often than not the least well-paid. We reassure the AMONOMP that the Irish Party is certainly a Party of naive, foolish criminals. |

No, that's ridiculous to say. Ook, technically they will be "less healthy", but they will be receiving the exact same quality of healthcare no matter whether this law is passed or not. This is for the people who want to pay for their own healthcare. They should be allowed to do so. This does NOT mean that it will be of better quality (although that could be how it turns out). I also don't understand how we're criminals by allowing people to spend their own money to better their lives. |
