In the case of State Emergency Police must be given the right to move the Public away from dangerous areas aswell as remove citizens from areas they believe will cause more trouble.

Since im unable to find how a State of Emergency can be declared. Im adding to this Bill a 2/3 Majority Senate approval before a Government may declare a "State of Emergency"

MessageThis is easily manipulative. A power hungry leader could declare us in a perpetual state of emergency and use this clause as a reason for crowd dispersal.

Random fact: Submitting a bill without any proposals in it will not attract or detract voters. It will not raise your visibility or change your political position.
