| This bill has been a long time in the forming, as our party is dedicated to the free market, but past events have changed our minds about this. We feel it would be in the best interests of the security of Sekowo if all defence industrys were to be brought under the control of the people of Sekowo. One major reason for this is to stop the black ops style military development of weapons to be used exclusivley by party militia. As evidenced by the DSP's participation in a recent Naval Blockade, private defence industrys allow party militias to be fighting forces on an international stage. What this meant was we had Sekowan citizens taking place in a foreign battle, with out the blessing of the Folkstmma, or the democratic will of the people. While we supported the DSP's cause, we feel this sets a dangerious precedent for future matters. As does the secret development of weapons such as the DSP headquarters rail gun. How long is it before say, a facist party, attempts a coup, using a wealthy private militia? We support the existance of party militia, but we want to ensure they are not better armed than the armed forces of our nation. The second Sekowo civil war demonstrates the danger that the nation may be held to ransomn by the demands of well equiped, privatly backed militias To protect our citizens, we must make sure that any excercise of military force in Sekowo happens with, and only with, the democratic consent of the people of Sekowo. |

| Message | We do not support this blatant infringement on the rights of the people. If people want to go fight overseas, than that's their right. Also, the PSA has never fought overseas, indeed the PSA has only ever fought once and that was in the Civil War. True we have provided aid to Zardugal, which we sent a enar-by military contingent to protect, but we've never fought. |

We are not opposed to any paticular action, nor overseas deployment. We ARE opposed to the large private backers of such groups, which mean that such groups can be better armed than our own military, and as such hold our nation to ransomn eg the civil war |
