Article 2: We are not certain it is the time to privatize higher education. Would be nice to have a private-subsidize option but that does not exist. Nevertheless, the CP would not vote against the bill because of this proposal but would like the NPP to rethink it.

Article 3: We support. When safety is not in jeopardy, the CP endorses the freedom of choice.
