| This bill aims to abolish the death penalty in Aloria. We do not believe that by killing someone we can bring true justice in this world. We should give them the opportunity to change. This bill would also protect individuals who have been mistaken as criminals because of mistaken identity or racial discrimination. No one in this world has the right to take someone's life, unless if it is for self-defense. |
