Message | [[The Government cannot at current appoint, peers, titles or honours although it can recommend to the Department with has the authority to grant Titles and Honours but not those of a hereditary nature.]] Heritage stands not as a barrier against Republicanism, would you seek also to destroy inheritance of any surnames which celebrate historic achievements? What right does the CSD see endangered or infringed by Hereditary Title, Should not any man of Cildanian heritage hold the right to be legally and officially recognised for who he is, not what the International Socialist decrees to name him? New Action stands against this bill as we would stand against all bills which exist solely to deny the past, and deny Cildania. -Sebastiano Giustizia CC |

Message | This bill does not stand against the past of the Cildania, but as it is we live in a democratic republic and therefor we should not have any titles etc. The CSD thinks that everyone that has lived in the past holds a certain historic achievement, and a few people shouldn't be allowed to have a special title just because of something they did in the past, we have history books for that, and its not Democratic and it's an insult to every citizen of the Cildanian Republic if we let a few people get a special title, why should just a few be allowed to wear a title, either we let all or none. |

Message | To allow difference is not undemocratic, it is a requirement of democracy. Would you wish the government to actively destroy identity? That which you see as democratic is merely to strip away the right for one person to be different from any other. It is International Socialism which seeks to destroy the identity of its citizens, Democracy allows all citizens to participate in the process of government, take care not to confuse the two. Hereditary Honours allow the rights of those who inherit and restrict not the rights of those who don't. There is nought undemocratic about inheritance or identity. |

Message | So the NA states that if a minor part of the habitiants of the Cildanian Republic can't use a title they lose their Cildanian identity?, If someone lose their "identity" just because their "title" is stripped away, they are not worthy of being a citizen of the Cildanian Republic. Why should anyone be threaten different in an equal democratic society regarding their "inheritance", If they know what their family have done in the past shouldn't that be enough to be honoured about or do they need a fancy title to brag about it? |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
