Bill: DSP.056.2521 (Young People's Rights)

Details

Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2522

Description[?]:

The DSP feels that many young people are now being denied there freedom, therefore we propose the following.

Article 1;
By allowing young people to potentially be made to do hard labour is unethical, therefore we propose making child labor illegal. Child labor shall refer to hard labor tasks such as factory work and other labour intensive jobs. This shall not be constituted to mean that young people can not get a paper route, mow lawns, work at grocery stores or do any of the other myriad light jobs that exist.

Article 2;
While we realize we currently will not be able to change the laws back, we wish to see them augmented to give back freedom to young people.
The government has no business nor right (government has no rights period) to tell people that they can not view something simply because of their age.
