Bill: Unity Cabinet of 2521

Details

Submitted by[?]: Christian Federalist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2522

Description[?]:

We may have our ideological differences but we all agree that Valruzia needs to have a government that represents a clear majority of the population. 56.13% of Valruzia voted for one of these below parties in the last election and have a great yearning to see true change in this country.

MessageI don't think the VNU will vote in favor without the LVB being included.

The LVB enjoys controlling cabinets as well as cabinet proposals, so I don't think I see anything coming of this.

MessageThe VNU has been voting with me on pretty much all my bills in the last election cycle. We have less ideological difference between us then I originally thought. Hopefully, VNU will be willing try something new.

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI).

Random quote: "If we were to wake up some morning and find that everyone was the same race, creed and color, we would find some other causes for prejudice by noon." - George Aiken
