MessageThis is a trifling matter, and the state does not need to step in to regulate this, which has not and could not, affect any other person.

In addition, it would be completely wrong to mandate state employees wearing religious symbols. It is equally wrong to mandate that they don't. There is no difference.

MessageBullshit it does. This allows politicians to wear religious symbols while in office and as such, use said offices for religious purposes. That is not seperating religion from state at all. All people are going to see is the religious symbol and wonder if they are exercising their duty towards said religion and not towards anything else. Enforces it? Yea right

MessageIt is a simply religious symbol. It doesn't matter. It doesn't affect a person performing their duties. It does not offend anyone. This is needless regulation.

MessageRP is right, violates separation of church and state

gov employees wearing religious symbols gives the impression they only support that one religion and will not look favorably on anyone else in their official capacity

the point is moot however since religion in affect has been abolished by JUP and his buddies (except the RP)

MessagePlease, do tell, where has religion been abolished? Would it perhaps be in the law that says the says has no policy toward religion?

DW GReens is wrong though about the abolishing religion part. We hereby request him to stop spouting filthy lies, untruthts, false statements, and alike.. or we will take'm to Court. We have the law on our side (Libel law: "Individuals may sue over falsehoods printed on them").

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
