MessageHopefully other parties will permit the USM to be part of a cabinet for a change - we're always the ones who appear to be left out. I am optimistic that comrades from the CSP and SDLP will side with us due to our opposition and support on a wide variety of topics. The WSS!P also get a good share of powers in my opinion.

MessageArrgh this is actually such a difficult choice. UB are offering a chance to shape the foreign and economic policy of this country, but this proposal puts us in a more like-minded government.

We will wait to see the outcome of our early elections bill before we come to a decision.

MessageWe like this cabinet- ideological matches have been rare in prior coalitions. We'll just have to see how the possible coming election will turn out.

MessageI've voted in favour of an early election, so it's likely. We'll see if this cabinet is still appropriate after the election.

Message"but this proposal puts us in a more like-minded government." - Interesting to note that the two parties in this cabinet but not mine have the same as average voting record with you as you have with me (81%).

Messagebut them again, this cabinet proposal doesn't leave the head of government with excessive amounts of power, and offers appealing positions to other parties as well.

MessageI wonder why the SDLP voted yes to mine but just abstained yours?

"offers appealing positions to other parties as well." - The SDLP prefer the positions offered in mine and I have given the WSS posts that they have traditional held and done well in.

Still this doesn't matter when both should pass at month end. Could be an interesting result.
