| The HCPZ is proposing this bill in light of recent actions designed to obstruct the legislative process of in our great country of Zardugal. Specific reasons are outlined as follows. 1. Their recent bill “Condemnation of the Saiserist League” is designed to infringe on the political processes outlined in article 9 of our constitution. “Political parties shall ensure that the will of the people prevails and, for this purpose, shall represent their voters in the National Directory.” He proposed bills which represented his voter base. They voted for him they knew how he would vote. THE PEOPLE GOT WHAT THEY WANTED 2. The bill “Condemnation of the Saiserist League” also goes against article 3 in our constitution which states “All political parties shall have the right to propose Bills.” He had a right to propose bills, and he did. this does not mean you have to support them. I.E you are SUPPORTING YOUR VOTER BASE! |
