Oh this is going to keep happening. We realize there's a limit to what we can pass, but we see these two items as being a little too militaristic. 1) If the military is allowed to help the police in "serious emergencies", it could easily be setting things up to be taken advantage of in hard times. This is how fascist regimes are started, and it should be avoided at all costs. 2) The draft is bad. Even the bloc should agree that serving in the military should be completely voluntary. |

Current: A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies.

Old value:: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.
