Message | We oppose in the strongest terms any introduction of ID cards. Such cards carry the risk of a police state, and are a fundamental invasion of civil liberties. Voluntary cards will ultimately have the same effect, as there will be pressure placed upon those who have refused for whatever reason by suspicious minds. We will oppose. |

Message | we just fail to see what a ID card really invades. We always hear the argument, yet we dont know what a card, especially a voluntarily carried one provides, other than a basic information in an emergency or situation where proof of identity is necessary. |
