MessageWe do not support these cuts. We would like to see tax cuts for the poor, increased taxes for the rich and and slight increase for the middle class. We suggest: 1%, 8% and 12%

These rates are still very very good, and would allow us to invest more in the economy and in society, to encourage long-term growth and prosperity.

MessageI'm just trying to trim down the budget...as I said in the debate over the Spending Bill Companion to this bill, some parts of the budget are disproportionately large, and the money ought to be given back to the citizenry.

MessageI'm worried that our Government will be unable to adequately fund everything. 7% is EXTREMELY low.

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.
