Voting deadline: July 2528
Description[?]:
The CP wants to protect the interests of legitimate religions. Sekowo has to be careful of allowing religions that stand against Sekowo to roam freely in our great nation with the intent of destroying it. The government has a duty to protect its people from hazards caused by troubled people. Upon acceptation of this bill, a list of recognized religions (religions that do not intent harm on Sekowo and are represented by a noticeable percentage of the population based on census results) will be created. |

Message | We are opposed. We demand an either or situation with religious schools, since we dislike their existence in the first place. Secondly the government has no place interfering with religions, cults or not. Now this should not be construed to mean that things that call themselves religions, but really are'nt, such as Scientology, should'nt be banned or have legal action taken against them. |

Message | I think the people of Sekowo deserve to know what the DSP intends to do about these non-religions if not go after them. |

Message | If they are not directly and non-consensually interfering with peoples rights, and are not brainwashing people (all religions do really), than we don't really care what they do, so long as it is within the scope of the law. |

Message | We find the DSP's statements to be contradictory with their actions. If the government has no place interfering with religions, how can they dislike/oppose the existence of religious schools. If they do not want to interfere with religion, why do they legislate against religious freedom? |

Message | Religion as in people being able to believe what they like and have churches, that is what we mean, nothing beyond that. |

Message | You said the government has no place interfering with religion. It is obvious that is not actually your belief. |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
