In light of the upcoming withdrawl from Terina, we feel the time to cut back the welfare state is now. We want a social security net in place, but simply one that supports those down on their luck, nothing further. |

Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.
