MessageInnocent? You wil find that sexually explicit matirial is shown out of time for children, so that is not an issue. Sex is a part of socieity and of life, and should be reflected as such, not shut away from view. That is, if anythign, more dangerous.

Who are the easily exploited and how are they relevent? If you refer to those who take part in porn films, they are in fact exploiting the viewer, as they gain from being watched, not the other way around.

You will notice that this bill encompasses not just porn, but all sexually explicit matirial. This would mean you would have to cut sexual scenes from films of literature in which sex plays a role (all major literature therefore), and thus censuring art. This cannot be allowed.

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI).

Random quote: "Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man gainst his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tenche Coxe
