Seeing as the Republic of Deltaria currently lacks a motto, thus placing it at an embarassing disadvantage amongst the community of nations, the following motto is hereby adopted: "Life, liberty, and property for all" which translates into Latin as "Vita, licentia quod substantia pro totus."
