MessageWell, I'm pro-monarchy. A monarch with limited powers and answerable to an elected parliment can act as a rallying point to the people and a safegaurd to a dangerous dictator taking total control. Also, a wealth of experiance can be drawn from a monarch who has been in the job for life.
