MessageIf for no other reason than that the current cabinet has a vacancy, we need a new one.

This proposal gives one seat to each party and awards the rest of the seats based on the number of seats in the Chamber using the Saint-Lagüe formula, a method known for being very proportional. Thus, with this proposal every party gets a seat and the rest are distributed proportionally. Apart from that we've tried to work it out that no party gets the same ministry as it did the last time and that the "important" ministries go to the larger parties (with the exception that the DLP will not be taking any of these seats at this time).
