Details
Submitted by[?]: Communist Party of Dolgaria
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2109
Description[?]:
To delocalize culture means to disrupt the unity an dthe homogeinity of what is supposed to be an organic community of research. The priviledge to local culture instead to nationalized interest and the rise of istitutional envys of access to services requires a fast solution . Refuting the logics of privatization as they favor an acritic knowledge directed only toward work-directed specialization unregarding the importance of forming the values of citizenship; thus we propose the formation of a wide net of public libraries in order to support a much more efficient diffusion of culture and the unity of the scientific comunity as a whole. |

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
