It is not fitting for people to go about the country naked. In order to balance the need for community standards with civil liberties, this bill restricts nudity to designated nudist areas. |

Current: Public nudity laws are left to local governments.
Proposed: Public nudity is illegal, but private nudist colonies and beaches are permitted.

The question is, do they have the right to be nude everywhere, or do parents (for instance) have the right to protect their children from seeing other parading arounbd the streeets naked, thrusting their private parts into the faces of chidlren? Will no one think of ther children? ;) |
