MessageSince the Beitenyu government have withdrawl from this treaty before this re-reatifying, we have no obligation whatsoever to return the protectorate area to the currrent Beitenyu regime and reserve the right to protect our people on all three protectorates.

Message"If Pontesi is not prepared to agree to the key element of the treaty, namely the referendum on sovereignty when it expires, a referendum that Beiteynu will no doubt win, then we see no reason to support its re-ratification and will have to resort to more other measures."

MessageThe Beitenyu delegate decide not to accept this treaty and threaten the Pontesian government into the negotiation that was never finish. (OOC: We need new place since Jakania party just quite :( ) At first, We've agree to accept the referendum, but the only thing that Nesí Hamdiná Roy Stevens said in our personal discussion is that Pontesi must abondon the protectorate without any referendum which is totally unacceptable.

IC:

Any attempt to ratify the treaty that has been broken by Beitenyu government won't be recognized by the Pontesian government until the discussion between both side take place. And for your info, we don't accept the world court jurisdiction over Pontesian Land and view the world court only as Zionist puppet.

MessageWe still watch... ever watchful of the events and things we have gotten ourselves involved in and we will see it done. Although inactive... I have my ways still.

As long as Beiteynu doesn't re-ratify the treaty, your claims although strong, would not hold due to the circumstances surrounding your withdrawal from the treaty in the first place.

Maybe out a gesture of goodwill, the Pontesian government might return the lands back to the Beiteynu...

Message"it is clearly stated in the present treaty that if a new treaty regarding the protectorates is not drawn up, then prepartions should be made for the return of the land to Beiteynu. We are quite happy to work with Pontesi on conditions for a new treaty, however if the PIM wishes to take unilateral action and not work within the confines of the current treaty, we feel forced to respond in kind."

MessageOur government still respect the treaty, but we feel that the situation is quite unfair seeing that the Beitenyu government decides to withdrawl without any negotiation with our government then trying to used a false claim to retake the Protectorate. After the failure, they gone back to the treaty and demand the return without any referendum. Throughout the negotiation and conflict, the goodwill gesture has been only done by one side only and we don't feel that this is good sign for the peace in Majatran.

While we're not satisfied with the past attempt by the Beitenyu government, we're willing to return to the negotiation and if we're satisfied then we might return the protectorate to Beitenyu under some conditions.

Message"Mr Dresden is right when he claims 'the goodwill gesture has been only done by one side only' however that side has most definitely been Beiteynu. He claims it was us that attempted to retake the protectorates with no actual factual evidence for this whilst at the same time forgetting that it was them that put the peace process on hold to propose this treaty (http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=903) and attempt to annex our land. Furthermore we would also like to see evidence of the Beiteynuese government asking for the protectorates back without any referendum. The comments of the Atabeg Accipitrum on this issue are laughable at best and bordering on slanderous at worst."

MessageOOC: How many of you want this RP conflict? If not I will just return the land after the referendum, but I feel that is quite weird for the imperial government :P If you want to continue the RP then I need to know how're we going to de the referendum.

IC:

"If you remember from the first time that we need to act to ensure the safety of the Pntek brother in your land (Pontesi Occupation of Tadraki) During that time, we can continued our presence without considering any attempt for negotiation and waste the life of thousonds of Pontesian and Beitenyu, but we decide that we prefer peace in this region and return the land to your protection. Yet you continue to pressure us by continuingly launch an attack on our territory and you withdrawl from the peace accord. The treaty that you proclaim to be used to annex your land was asked by your people to be draft. We never propose it for parliament confirmation unlike your agressive action in withdrawling from the peace accord.

Your tell us that we can't step on the grass while you're standing on it yourself.

Evidence is in the form of Personal Message by your Nesí Hamdiná Roy Stevens to our former Atabeg Martin Dresden. (OOC: He can confirmed it cause I don't know how to take a screenshot on this computer)

PIM: Right, so I have the land in your country. Along with the army of 21,000. If that is what you're ok with them I'm fine with it.

CZP: but we ratified the treaty that gives it back to us in75 years

We're satisfied with the current state of Pntek population in Tadraki and Endlid, if the referendum turns out on your favor then we'll uncondtionally withdrawl our force. If not, then we will annex the land."

MessageOOC: I would be happy to try and RP it, but I don't have a great deal of free time for this at the moment. The other problem is that I don't think anyone in Beiteynu has any real knowledge of military tactics or technologys, with really limits what we could do if negotiations on a new treaty were to fail.
