Current: The government allows public and private higher education institutions to coexist with self-regulation for those that are private.
Proposed: The government allows private higher education but regulates it to meet nationally set standards.

Old value:: The government does not subsidize tuition, students must pay for higher education themselves. This does not include scholarship programs.
Current: The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount.

Message | Well, perhaps if you had mentioned this while this was in debate a concession could have been made. Though we appreciate your candor. It truly is a shame fellow conservatives should try and dismiss historical monuments and national treasures to our Republic by not supporting the arts by proxy of museums and preservations thereof. |
