I still want a tax cut though.
If the income tax was lowered to 7% we would have revenue of approx. 130,905,219,090. We could still have an increase of 5,000,000,000 to the defense budget.
Would this be acceptable? Or, is there another idea?

OOC: There is still about 12 hours left in this proposal so I'll check back tommorrow morning to vote, provided a majority hasn't been reached by then.
