Bill: Food Freedoms Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: freedom party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2110
Description[?]:
We believe that food producers should have to label the expirations and contents of their products. We believe that sellers of food which has no label (restraurants etc..) must label what is in their food, and whether they are licensed with the state health board. However, we do not require that they be licensed. Simply that if they arent, it must be made public knowledge. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Licensing of food sales.
Old value:: Food may be sold by licensed vendors only.
Current: Anyone may sell food, but shelf lives of foods are enforced.
