Bill: Compromise Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Technocratic Nationalist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2543
Description[?]:
The recent objections made by the Dorvik Federal Party have made us realize that, in our pursuit of limited government, we have inadvertently given Dorvik's corporations a disproportionate and possibly excessive amount of power. Thus, for the first time in the hundred year history of the Technocratic Nationalist Party, we publically admit that we have acted in error. We hope that this bill will address the concerns of the DFP, and help restore positive relations between us. |

Date | 05:14:18, March 05, 2008 CET | From | Dorvik Federal Party | To | Debating the Compromise Act |
Message | The DFP finds that this bill, although not going far enough in the minds of the party's leaders; puts Dorvik back in compliance with Article 15 of the Anti-Fascism Treaty. The DFP shall re-analyze it's position concerning Dorvik Internal Policy and the TNP within the next year; which may include a major re-organization of internal leadership; a drawback of official condemnation; or a return to the old status-quo. |

Message | We are pleased to hear this! Although we will always be committed to privatization and the free market, we will take steps to ensure that the people of Dorvik do not suffer as a result of our actions. |
