| Message | A nostro parere non ha senso tenere trattati che sono validi solamente per noi, che sono la maggioranza di quelli vigenti, per questo l'ideale sarebbe eliminarli e magari sostituirli con altri trattati sostanzialmente uguali, ma che siano efficaci solamente qualora vengano ratificati da un certo numero di stati. |
