Description[?]:
The emirates of Kuchifey and Keletia are hereby recognized as autonomous states within Kafuristan. They are not recognized as wholly independent states, but they shall be free to determine their own internal policies and laws. They shall still be nominally ruled by the Kafuristani monarchy and shall be counted as his/her subjects. The foreign policy of Kuchifey and Keletia shall remain bound to that of the rest of Kafuristan. All embargoes, tariffs, restrictions, etc placed by the Majilis Al-Sha'ab shall also apply to the actions of Kuchifey and Keletia. The inhabitants of Kuchifey and Keletia shall retain the right to vote in national elections, serve in the military and any and all other rights provided to Kafuristani citizens. The Pan-Terran Red Army shall maintain a small force (10,000) within the SAE to help ensure their security. OOC: Kuchifey and Keletia are now free to determine their own internal policies according to the will of the Kafuri Left Coalition. |
