| In response to the growing political instability in Dorvik, President Duke Steele will make the following changes to the Dorvish government: reorganization of the Cabinet, legalization of the death penalty for capital offenses, modifications to the national budget, and finally, formation of a new government department, the Bureau of Order and Stability, controlled by the Head of State and intended to identify and neutralize any and all threats against the government and its elected officials. We fully expect the problem to get worse before it gets better, so we must prepare ourselves. The future of our peaceful and prosperous nation depends on our success. |
