Bill: Strike Liberation Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Sons of Liberty
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2545
Description[?]:
We propose that the economic system be freed from the tyranny of workers who attempt to force the system by refusing to do their jobs. We believe that one must work for their living; if one person decides not to work because they're angry, they get fired. But if a group does, they get accomodation? We believe this to be utter nonsense. When one is hired for a job, they know the situation going in. They're given a set payment, and they can't expect to get in and then make demands for more. Competition between businesses must apply not only to their product, but to their workplace environment and pay - companies that don't treat their employees well must simply go without workers while the better does on its own, not through striking and forcing upon the company. |
