Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 15:15:50, September 12, 2005 CET | From | Marchioness Party | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | The MP is concerned about proposal one, it is concerned that the Communist Party believes that endangered animals should be hunted in ANY circumstances. The MP welcomes articles 2 and 3. |
Date | 15:19:45, September 12, 2005 CET | From | National Socialist Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | The NSP will support articles 1-4, and should article 1 be changed in accordance with the views of the MP, we shall also support it. Having no regulations on the hunting of endangered animals is something the treacherous and uncaring denizens of Quanzar support. |
Date | 15:24:10, September 12, 2005 CET | From | National Socialist Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | The NSP will not articles bills 5-7. This bill should be split up. |
Date | 15:24:51, September 12, 2005 CET | From | Doron Akigansk Kommunist Parti (MLN) | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | The MP is mistaken about the intentions with article 1. The Communist Party believes there are only few exceptions in which the killing of an endangered animal is warranted. However it is possible in self-defence, or in defence of one's property that the killing of the animal may be needed. That is the reasoning behind choosing that option. There are a total of 7 proposals. No more shall be added unless requested. Should their be more questions we will debate. Otherwise should both the MP and the NSP approve, The CP will put this to vote immediately. |
Date | 15:25:43, September 12, 2005 CET | From | Doron Akigansk Kommunist Parti (MLN) | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | The NSP is against regulating pollution, recycling, and increasing the incentive to ride public transportation? |
Date | 15:52:27, September 12, 2005 CET | From | National Socialist Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | Indeed. However, the NSP is a reasonable party, and is always happy to compromise. We will support this bill if article five is withdrawn. |
Date | 16:32:16, September 12, 2005 CET | From | Doron Akigansk Kommunist Parti (MLN) | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | Alright I'll withdraw article 5 and make it a separate proposal later on. |
Date | 17:05:05, September 12, 2005 CET | From | Utilolibertarian Party | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | Articles 2, 3 and 5 greatly concern the UP. We would like to see them split off and voted on separately. |

Date | 20:44:41, September 12, 2005 CET | From | Doron Akigansk Kommunist Parti (MLN) | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | As a libertarian I would've thought that article 3 is something you support. The decentralization of state powers etc. |
Date | 03:48:34, September 13, 2005 CET | From | Utilolibertarian Party | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | But it adds a new layer of regulation, my friend. If the responsibilities were now centralized and this bill sought to make them decentralized, I would support it. But instead, there are no responsibilites and this bill seeks to create them. |
Date | 05:28:47, September 13, 2005 CET | From | National Socialist Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | The NSP does not support the libertarian assumption that people are intelligent enough to self-govern. This bill has our support. |
Date | 07:19:25, September 13, 2005 CET | From | Utilolibertarian Party | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | The UP asks the NSP, in all sincerity, what are we as leaders if we are not people as well? |
Date | 08:16:11, September 13, 2005 CET | From | National Socialist Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | People with trustworthy backgrounds, education and intelligence. We know what's right for the common plebes, even if they don't. Let them do whatever they want and they'll be injecting cough syrup, driving drunk molesting their children and household pets and impregnating their sisters. |
Date | 13:14:11, September 13, 2005 CET | From | Marchioness Party | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | Although the MP does not like to see bills with this many proposals, it supports articles 2-6 but cannot support article one and does not buy the CPDs assertions. The MP will not support this bill until article 1 is removed. |
Date | 13:15:15, September 13, 2005 CET | From | Marchioness Party | To | Debating the Ecological Proposal |
Message | Correction: article 1 must be amended to read: Hunting endangered animals is illegal. To garner MP support. |
