MessageBy putting a small tax on luxury goods, we can increase income equality. This tax will be borne by those with large disposable incomes, whereas our citizens who spend their income on bread and milk will pay none.

The money raised can then go into increased social programmes and educational programmes, to allow these poor people to raise their status. Alternatively, they could increase our spending on defence and justice which are both releatively low compared with similar nations. This money could be put to good use.
