Bill: CP.0058.2547 POW Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Conservative Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 2548

Description[?]:

We support a universal treatment of criminals. POWs, who come to our nation to destroy our infrastructure and harm our people, are at times able to get better treatment and are not punished for the crimes against Sekowo.

POWs must be tried and prosecuting not by international laws (which have not been defined anywhere so Sekowans are following blindly), but by the Sekowo laws that we try our own people within our borders.

MessageWe're against for obvious reasons.

OOC:
I'm sure there's some treaty or something that details them, if not we can just assume it means the Geneva convention standards.

MessageOOC: The 3rd Geneva Conventions is not a Particracy treaty. Perhaps it would be cool if we actually made one in game.

MessageOOC:
Yeah, but if there is none we more or less have to use existing real world things, I mean think about it, technically there was no Marx, Lenin or Engels in Particracy, yet we have Communist, Socialist and even Marxist (as in their name) parties.

MessageOOC: Through their actions, they display/define their interpretation of what it means through their voting record. Rules have to be displayed somewhere. http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=100 is the closest I could find.
