Message | Respectfully, This is the forth time the F.R.P has attempted to pass similar legislation. Each time it has been exceptionally close. With the recent elections it is time to re-propose this much needed act. Versus moving this to a direct vote, in order to facilitate this measure better I humbly submit to the knowledge of my colleagues on these items. |
