| Upon the passing of this resolution, all parties resolve to, but is in no way legally bound to: I. a) Have an overarching theme for any bill they introduce to the legislature that contains more than one legislative proposal. b) Express this overarching theme in the title of the bill. II. Be willing to split a bill containing more than one proposal upon request by any other party holding more than ten seats in the legislature, so that no party of national importance is forced to vote in a way they would not have if they were given the opportunity to vote on each resolution seperately. III. Exclude from forming a coalition government any party who refuses to split a bill containing more than one proposal. |
