| I propose a change in the title of the Countries Government and Head of State. The rightful Emperor has asked that the throne be re-established and guarded until the Return of the Emperor. All the titles of Government need changing so I start with the Head of Government which should be known as the "Prime Minster". To follow will be the restoration of the "Talmorian Senate" and eventually for the Head of State "Steward of the Imperial Throne" until the Emperor is re-established where the title will be "Emperor". (This Bill is on hold until the end of the month as I have run out of Proposals :D) |
