MessageArticle one is of extreme concern to our party. While we obviously support wholeheartedly the right to protest peacefully, sometimes things can get out of hand. Sometimes so much out of hand that violence breaks out and people's lives are in danger. Sometimes the lives of citizens that are not even involved in the protest.

If a protest becomes extremely violent, action needs to happen IMMEDIATELY. The police do not have the time to wait around for some government official to hear about the riot, consider what to do, and then finally declare a state of emergency. The people potentially in harms way need the help instantly.

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).
