Bill: Impeachment proceedings against Emissary Moore

Details

Submitted by[?]: Likaton Coalition of the Willing

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill requests an early election. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline. Elections will be held immediately if the bill passes.

Voting deadline: August 2552

Description[?]:

We, the Greater Likatonia National Front, call for early elections as soon as we can reach a consensus. We furthermore request that all parties support the DWP candidate for Emissary, Sophia Schöll, in order to remove Andrew Moore from the position to allow him to take part in the investigations into the bloodiest period of Likaton history, over which he presided.

MessageAndrew Moore is no-longer the CLP candidate for Emissary. He said:

"In the best interests of democracy, Conservative Liberal candidates only serve the office of Emissary for two terms, unlike the fascist dictators the GLNF.

MessageAndrew Moore had nothing to do with the war. He had less to do with the war than the SuDJ and certainly much less to do with the war than all of the GLNF advocates that the SuDJ sit happily with on the government benches.

MessageThe Emissary isn't part of the Cabinet. Emissary Moore is as uninvolved and unresponsible for the last government as he is to this government.

MessageSimply being involved in the CLP at the moment is a black mark, in our book. Let the courts decide.

MessageWe support early elections but we want impeach an Emissary who has done nothing wrong, regardless of party. The Emissary may as well have been from any other party.
