| *fumes* Are you telling me that CHILD PORNOGRAPHY is ok? o.k. I'm calm now... You do know that for child pornography to be out there someone has to have sex with a child? And yet children can't watch porn? I would have it at "Pornography depicting consenting adults is legal, but only for adults" but mini-steps is better... Unless it's agreed upon that this is insane... Also this applies to rapes as well: "If they're taped why not watch it as well!" |

| Message | Both rape and child molestation are illegal in and of themselves, as is the distribution of media without the consent of those portrayed. So, while we feel that this law would be superfluous, we agree in that we see absolutely no reason it shouldn't be in line with the rest of the legal system. |

| Message | as DPLP said, performing rape and having sex with minors is a criminal offense, and as such is alread illegal. If this bill it will still happen, but if the tapes are alot harder to get then the police cant study them to try and identify the rapist or the person having sex with the minor |

| Message | I just have a problem with people watching things like that. It maybe illegal but their is no rule saying you can't watch it on tape. Which means it's still happening and would be more socially accepted. |
