1) Lodamun needs to regulate those entering its borders with intent to live here permanently. Screening individuals for critical skills and criminal records (and basing quoats on such screening) will lead to unsuitable immigrants being blocked. However Lodamun's economic and cultural need for immigrants will still be serviced. 2) In order to ensure full intergration with the Lodamun community, a course and an examination should be introduced to instruct immigrants to the fundamentals of Lodamun life. These fundamentals include the various languages of Lodamun and its history as a country. The test and the course will provided by the government. |
